Edward S. Stein
Edward Stein’s practice focuses on the planning and administration of trusts and estates and the formation and representation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, Mr. Stein has represented several French companies in forming Virginia subsidiaries, and he assisted a large Italian coffee company in acquiring the Suffolk, Virginia coffee manufacturing facility of the Sara Lee Corporation.
Mr. Stein is currently a director of a REIT publicly traded on the NASDAQ.
